Can you give me a quotation over the phone?
Yes there is no need for us to visit your home. Commercial property may require a site visit.
Can I send you the pictures of my upholstery or carpet?
Yes sure, you can send them through the contact details provided.
What is the estimated drying time?
The cleaning will leave your carpets or upholstery damp and it would roughly take 2 to 3 hours to dry naturally. Air blower can also be provided.
How can I make an appointment?
You can call or message us with your availability and we will arrange an appointment.
Are you insured?
Yes we have the necessary insurance in place.
Do you accept cash or bank transfer?
We accept both methods of payment.
How many times a year should I have my carpets cleaned?
Cleaning frequency depends on a number of things such as the number of occupants in the household, pets, smokers and children. On average you should clean your carpets every six to 12 months.
Can you remove wine, tea, coffee etc…
Some stains can be permanent and therefore we can’t make any promises that we can remove them. We usually get better results if we attempt to remove the stain before anyone else tries.
Can pet odours and urine be removed?
The deodoriser in our cleaning solution will deal with most pet odours. We use professional spotters specifically designed for the removal of urine.
Can steam cleaning damage my carpet?
No. Hot water extraction is considered to be the best method for removing embedded soil and other contaminants. It is also the preferred cleaning method by the leading carpet manufacturers.
What should I do about the furniture in the room?
Our team will happily move any furniture that does not require more than one person. We would also kindly ask that you remove small objects and breakables before we arrive.
Do you work weekends or bank holidays?
Yes we do.
